Ingredients
Curry Lemon - 1 no.
Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Green Chili - 3 nos. (chopped)
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Fried Methi Powder - tsp
Asafoetida(Kayum powder) - tsp
Coconut oil - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
Cut the Curry Lemon into small pieces.
Mix the Lemon, Red Chili powder, Ginger, green Chili,
Turmeric powder and Salt with 2 tbsp of Coconut Oil. Mix them well.
In a hot pan add 1 tbsp of Coconut Oil and put in
the Mustard Seeds. When the Seeds begin to pop add the above mixture
to it.
Mix it well in the pan and remove from flame.
To this add fried Methi powder and Asafoetida (kayum)
and mix well.Lemon Curry is now ready to be served. |
