Ingredients
Moong dal - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds, crushed - 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves - a few
Salt to taste
Preparation
Dry roast the moong dal on medium heat for ten minutes.
Cook it with sufficient water and turmeric.
Add to the boiling dal along with the curry leaves
and salt.
Serve with hot rice .Go well with Ghee |
