Ingredients
Pineapple - 1 cup (cut)
Turmeric Powder - tsp
Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Yogurt - cup
Sugar - 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 2 tsp
Green Chili - 6 nos.
Dried Red Chili - 2 nos.
Few Curry Leaves
Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
Boil the Pineapple, Sugar, Turmeric Powder and Salt
with cup water.
Make a paste of grated Coconut, green Chili, Yogurt
and 1 tsp Mustard Seeds.Add this to the above mixture and mix well.
When it boils remove from flame and keep aside.
In a pan fry Mustard Seeds, dried Red Chili and Curry
Leaves.
Pour this over the Curry and serve hot. |
